Dr. Pratt will lead the Lenten Bond Bible Study opening night at St. Stephen’s United Methodist Church in  Burke, VA on Tuesday, March 15th. Dinner is 6:30 PM and the program goes from 7:30 PM to 9 PM

March 23, 2011:

Dr. Pratt will lead an 8 week study, “James Bond: Our Moral Compass” at the George Mason University Osher Lifelong Learning Center, Fairfax, VA beginning Wednesday, March 23. The study goes from 9:30 AM to 11 Am.

A weekend men’s retreat on the James River for Courthouse Community United Methodist Church, Virginia Beach, VA, will be conducted by Dr. Pratt, Friday, May 20 to Sunday, May 22.

February 12, 2009 Clergy Retreat with Dr. Pratt in Annandale, Virginia

The Center for Pastoral Counseling presented A Clergy Pre-Lenten Study Morning, featuring the Rev. Dr. W. Benjamin Pratt at Annandale United Methodist Church, 6935 Columbia Pike, Annandale, VA. It began at 8:30 AM and ran to 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 12, 2009. The cost was $25.

This retreat featured four workshops based on themes from Dr. Pratt’s book: Workshop 1, Accidie—Men and Depression (Douglas Thorpe, D.Min); Workshop 2,  Accidie—Clergy Burnout (Benjamin Pratt, D.Min); Workshop 3, Moral Cowardice and Truthtelling (Carey Gauzens, LCSW); Workshop 4, Battling Malice When Ending a Marriage  (S. Doherty, Ph.D).

 

Dr. Pratt Preaches and Teaches in District of Columbia

On Feb. 1, 2009 Dr. Pratt preached at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 3rd & A Street, SE, Capitol Hill in Washington DC (Click the link to view his sermon).

On Feb. 7, 2009 Dr. Pratt taught a one-day course based on his new book. 

 

February 2009, David Crumm Kicks off Small Group in West-Michigan Congregation

September 30, 2008 Dr. Pratt Kicks Off a New Group in District of Columbia

From 7:30 to 9 PM. on Wednesday, September 30, 2008 Dr. Pratt gave a talk and kicked off a Study Group at Capitol Hill United Methodist Church, 421 Seward Square SE, Washington, DC, 20003.
