Wayne Baker, Editor in Chief:
Veteran author, professor and researcher, Wayne founded OurValues.org in June 2008 under the umbrella of Read the Spirit, an online spirituality magazine. Wayne’s motive was based on the premise that Americans should have an online space to ask hard questions and engage in civil dialogue. Wayne writes one short post a day on a provocative new topic based on a weekly theme.

David Crumm, Content Editor:
As Content Editor for OurValues.org, David brings extensive expertise as a professional editor to the team. After 30 years of work in the newspaper industry reporting on the impact of religion in American life, David co-founded Read the Spirit in 2007.
